Phoenix Cadets Compete for Chicago City Corps Staff.
Each year CPS JROTC cadets compete for appointments to the prestigious Chicago JROTC City Corps Staff. The selection process consists of three phases, a written test, an interview, and a practical exercise at the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge summer camp.
